As a new ELEVATION owner you are free to use your condo as much or as little as you like however if you are intending to rent your condo while you are away, you now have the option to join the Sun Peaks Home Owners Club and benefit from its world class marketing and rental management services.

Owners of condos at the Residences at Sun Peaks Grand have long benefited from the rental management services and resort related discounts offered to members of the Sun Peaks Home Owners Club (SPHOC). Now these same services and discounts will be available to owners of ELEVATION. Owners of ELEVATION can choose to have Sun Peaks Grand manage the rentals of their unit and reap the many benefits of belonging to the SPHOC. ELEVATION will be the prime property at Sun Peaks and owners can benefit from this optional membership.

Sun Peaks Grand offers a full service management company that takes care of every last detail related to condo rentals so you can have both peace of mind and care free revenue when not using your ELEVATION mountain home.

This optional membership is being offered exclusively to owners at ELEVATION. In addition to reservation management, key turnover, advertising, marketing, collecting payment, cleaning services, 24 hour reception and maintenance support, owners who enroll in this membership will enjoy access to the Sun Peaks Grand pools and health club / fitness centre and the following further benefits.

  • 10% off a Sun Peaks Resort Season’s Pass (includes family passes) in the first year of a management agreement
  • 70/30% revenue split (superior to industry standards) with a three-year management agreement
  • High quality linens, towels and bathroom amenities as provided to hotel guests. For example, all properties managed by the Sun Peaks Home Owners Club will be stocked with luxurious French bath products by L’Occitane.
